Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping and delivery process for all orders placed with Hoop by Posh.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.


Estimated Delivery Time

We ship via trusted courier partners.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro/Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festive delays, or courier service disruptions.


Shipping Charges
  • Prepaid orders above ₹999: Free shipping

  • Prepaid orders below ₹999: ₹60 shipping fee

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹30 additional charge


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes and can be checked at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel COD availability for customers who have previously refused or canceled multiple COD orders.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.


Packaging

All items are carefully packed with protective material to avoid any damage in transit. We strive to use minimal and eco-conscious packaging while ensuring product safety.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing the order.
If you need to make a correction, email hoopbyposh@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order.
We may not be able to modify address details once the order is dispatched.


Missed Delivery Attempts

In case the courier partner attempts delivery and you are unavailable:

  • They will usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times

  • If undelivered, the package may be returned to us

We will contact you for reshipping; additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in such cases.


Order Not Delivered?

If you do not receive your order within 8 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us with your Order ID at hoopbyposh@gmail.com.
